About Us

Founded by Elizabeth Lewis in 2015, Penelopie Bakery is based on one simple concept: the best pie using the best ingredients. Our butter and lard pie crusts are based off our grandmother Penelope's recipe and are baked from scratch every morning with organic and local flour.

Located in the Flint Farmers' Market, we serve our freshly baked slices every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
